As Cort’s vision of the modern acoustic-electric, the SFX Series features Cort’s own slim body shape (83*83mm) with cutaway, modern V-shape neck profile for enhanced playability and speed, arched back for improved resonance, jumbo frets and Fishman electronics. SFX10 features a solid Engelmann Spruce top, Quilted Maple back and sides, Ovangkol fingerboard, Fishman Presys Blend electronics.

SOLID ENGELMANN SPRUCE TOP

More tactile and sensitive than Sitka spruce, Engelmann spruce exhibits a clear and smooth top-end that is responsive to a light soft touch, making it ideal for solo fingerstyle players or folk/pop singer-songwriters where the acoustic guitar takes center stage

QUILTED MAPLE BACK & SIDES

Maple provides strength and stability along with a bright and punchy sound with accentuated high-mids and a tight low-end to cut through the mix. The wavy three-dimensional grains of highly-figured quilted maple adds luxurious beauty and aesthetics.

SLIM BODY DEPTH WITH ARCHED BACK

The slim 83mm*83mm depth body was designed with playing comfort in mind. The arched back compensates for the shallower depth to provide a bigger and more open sound.
